      1. Subscription Options: We offer various subscription options for different contact lens types and delivery frequencies. You can choose your preferred subscription option during the checkout process. You can also order contact lenses without a subscription. You are responsible for paying all fees associated with your order, including delivery fees and taxes.
      2. Payment: You are responsible for paying all fees associated with your Subscription, including delivery fees and taxes. We accept various payment methods as listed on our website.
      3. Automatic Renewal: Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You can manage your subscriptions and cancel at any time through your Account.
      4. Delivery: We will deliver your contact lenses to the address you provided during checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
      5. Returns and Refunds: You may return unopened contact lenses within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.​

        12. User Conduct and Content:​

        You agree not to:

        2. Infringe on the intellectual property rights of Blue Planet Optics or any third party.
