Above and Beyond!!

I cannot say enough good things about Blue Planet Optics!! ❤️ Their customer service is absolutely AMAZING! I’m fairly new to wearing contacts and was having trouble figuring out my options. Instead of just telling me what I could or couldn’t order, they went above and beyond to help me! They even offered to personally contact my eye doctor to get approval for a different brand of lenses, and kept me updated throughout the process.

They were incredibly kind, patient, understanding, and supportive the entire time. Not once did I feel like I was being a bother with all my questions! It’s so refreshing to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers and is willing to go the extra mile to make things easier. You can tell they truly value the people they serve. I will absolutely be recommending them to everyone! Thank you, Blue Planet Optics, for making what could have been a stressful experience so easy and positive! 💕

Amazing Price and Better Service

The price was identical to Costco so I opted to the convenience of mail order. There was a mix up with the brand and they refunded the cost AND resent the correct order. This far exceeded my expectations. I put in a second order and my husband will use them now too.

The Only Place I'll Ever Get My Contacts

I love shopping with Blue Planet Optics as they are a small, woman-owned business that offers an array of contact lens brands and can fill my prescription of -8.0 in both eyes. I will only ever get my contacts at BPO!
